Redemption is terminal and contingent: holders burn T-Tokens to the Tessera smart contracts only during a Redemption Period, which opens after a Liquidity Event, receipt of the proceeds in full and a Redemption Start Date announced by TWF; per the Terms no Liquidity Event Proceeds have been received and no Redemption Period has commenced.
