Stocklana main track - tokenized stocks on Solana

The ticker is familiar.
The token is mysterious.

RWA Sonar reads the legal documents and the Solana chain behind every tokenized stock and answers essential questions: what rights the holder has, in which jurisdiction, what happens if the issuer goes bankrupt, and many more...

01

The product answer

Ask what happens if it breaks.

Failure scenarios answered for each issuer from its own documents, marked documented, inferred, litigated or unknown. Beside the legal side we also research who holds each of the on-chain powers.

Keys stolen
xStocks: nothing comes back as of right.

Documented. The only replacement route is a Swiss court cancellation the issuer itself calls "very challenging to achieve".

Keys stolen
Superstate: the transfer agent "can reconstitute" tokens.

Documented. Burned and reissued once the loss and your identity are confirmed. Not promised, and liability is capped.

Keys held
12 programmes × 7 powers.

Power to move or burn holder tokens: in the case of xStocks a 2-of-3 multisig with no time lock, never used so far.

Monitoring

We re-read every source every day.

HourlyKeys and extensions

Every catalogued mint's authorities, extensions, rebase multiplier and supply, with the slot as evidence.

DailyEvery cited document

Re-read, diffed, quotes re-checked word for word. If a page cannot be read, we use the publisher's API or a Wayback capture.

DailyRedemptions on chain

Ondo burns, xStocks de-activations, Superstate conversions.

DailyModel assessment

A model reads each changed document. Its verdict is shown next to the diff.

PreStocks transfer fee 0.50%Transfer fee 1.00%

All eight mints changed from 50 bps to 100 bps at fee epoch 1039; evidence is the programme authority account observed at Solana slot 448348634. On 24 Sep seven of them scheduled 3.00%, uncapped, from fee epoch 1043 (about 26 Sep 2026).

03

Why Solana, and what is new here

What Solana reveals about each token

Token-2022 puts the issuer's powers in the mint account. RWA Sonar reads them for every exact address and presents them beside what the documents promise. RWA.xyz and DefiLlama measure the size of the market. RWA Sonar does L2BEAT-style trust analysis and extends it past the contract to custody and law.

01

Identity

Exact Token-2022 mint joined to issuer registries and reviewed sources.

02

Controls

Mint, freeze, pause, clawback, allowlist, transfer fee and rebasing, traced to the key or multisig that holds each.

03

Docs vs chain

Loopscale's docs call a key a co-signer that "cannot initiate actions on its own"; on chain it signs refinances alone.

04

DeFi proof

Protocol listing, account existence, decoded configuration and simulation are separate states.

Pyth in the product. We analyze how oracles are used in the protocols that accept tokenized stocks. This has revealed interesting insights: Our lending watcher shows the Pyth price accounts Loopscale reads stopped being updated on 26 Aug 2026 (TSLA on 11 Sep), so those loans cannot roll or be liquidated.

Team and what's next

Built to see below the surface.

We built RWA Sonar for ourselves and for everyday holders: to uncover and understand the risks hidden deep in how each token is structured.

Built by Poglavar Svemira, a one-person team: research, legal analysis, on-chain data pipelines and the site. Open source under the MIT licence. Contact: @poglavars on X, @svemirsky on Telegram, [email protected], github.com/Poglavar.

What's next

  1. Every real-world asset. Bonds, funds, credit and real estate, not just stocks.
  2. Deeper into the law. The legal frameworks of each jurisdiction issuers use: Jersey, the BVI, Liechtenstein, the US and more.
  3. A dolphin for every integration. A dedicated watcher on each token's every DeFi integration, so the risk picture stays current.
