How priorities work
P1 — material gap
A required consequential field is missing, conflicting or unsupported, or an enforcement question remains open.
P2 — scheduled research
Evidence is stale, or a less consequential required field still needs primary support.
P3 — monitor
Lower-severity events remain visible until an editor reviews and acknowledges them.
This queue prioritizes research; it is not itself a legal conclusion. An item disappears only when the underlying dossier is corrected, the evidence is renewed, or a watcher event is explicitly acknowledged.
